When do I need to replace or repair my walk deck?

Your walk deck is similar to all aspects of your home. The sun is quite harsh here and will degrade the look and durability of your deck. If you see signs of the plywood underlayment buckling, cracks in the decking material or have an actual leak, it is time to have a professional do an inspection and write up an estimate if needed.

How long will my project take?

Of course there are variables in all projects, weather, size and rebuilds, but a typical walk deck can take up to 3 days or more.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes we do. We will also offer written inspection reports for a fee.

What color material is used for the final coat.

Tan is the normal color in Arizona. It meets HOA requirements on colors. Custom colors are available, and can be ordered. This will raise the cost of the project and add additional time before the project will start.

How much will my walk deck cost to replace or repair?

Depending on what you are looking for in regards to a minor recoat, a long lasting recoat or a total re deck, the only sure answer is to have us come out and give you a proper quote.
